A veteran technology expert and new media producer possessing numerous professional certifications from Microsoft, Novell and Cisco, Ron Belk’s expansive knowledge base includes computer science, electronics, and business development/formation. Belk’s expertise has been tapped by a wide-ranging list of top tier companies such as Disney, Warner Bros., CBS, Mattel, and Pac Bell. At present, Belk is a sought after new media consultant and provider of corporate information solutions to the entertainment industry, credited with the development of more than 150 interactive websites and mobile apps.

Belk’s 'whatever-it-takes' approach combined with his unique perspective on the convergence of technology and multimedia has led to this successful entrepreneur launching start-up businesses in the internet, mobile, and media arenas.   

The “architect” of Urban Inspirational, his own unique brand of entertainment, Lou “Buster” Brown has worked with an impressive roster of music legends.  In the studio since age 6, Brown is the protégé of his uncle – legendary Motown writer-producer, Norman Whitfield.

Possessing an innate musical genius and an early command of his craft, Brown launched his career as an independent writer/producer creating hits for secular acts at Motown and MCA. Since his early days as an emerging talent, Brown’s productions have set the standard in the Gospel music industry for ground-breaking sound and style. Having contributed wholly or in collaboration, Brown’s projects have sold in excess of 15 million units.  Additionally, the savvy producer and entrepreneur has garnered Grammy Awards, Dove Awards and Stellar Awards in triplicate.

A veteran of stage, film and television, this accomplished thespian has become the actor’s actor.  Her list of credits span over thirty years and include:  “Hello Dolly,” “Good Times,” “Day’s of Our Lives,” “Spiderman” (the television series), “Living Single” and “Blue Collar.” This graduate of New York’s famous Performing Arts High School has co-starred with the likes of Pearl Bailey, Janet Jackson, Richard Pryor and her own daughter, Kim Fields.  Chip has made the natural progression from acting and is now directing television comedies such as Disney’s “Hannah Montana”, Nickelodeon’s “Romeo” as well as UPN’s “All of Us”, “One on One”, “The Parkers”, and “Girlfriends”.  She has also become the number one celebrity acting coach for over twenty years working with such artists as: Mark Curry, Steve Harvey, Mo’Nique, Arsenio Hall, Shaq, Derrick Fisher, Queen Latifah, Kim Coles, Donnie McClurkin, Yolanda Adams, Khamani Griffin, Kirk Franklin, Bow Wow and Magic Johnson.
